Lots of Worms? Need Help.

So I posted the other day trying to figure out what some tiny hair looking particles may be that had all of a sudden just showed up after adding some LR to the DT.
Well today I was looking at the pieces and noticed that more than one of them seemed to move and wiggle not in a motion that hair or debris would, so I'm thinking now they may be some sort of worm?
They are white in color, very thin and almost all of them are less than a cm in length. Any ideas on what they may be?

Sounds like they may be Hair worms .... very beneficial waste eaters.

Ok well thats a relief, is there anything I should do or just let them be? They are just floating around in the tank almost like there suspended in the water kind of bugs me, but if they are a good thing than I guess I should be happy.
Also someone on the other thread said it may be hair algea what do you think? This was, however, before I saw the movement..
