Low Light....

Well the lighting on the tank I want them to go into has 4 T5HO bulbs.... the tank is a 120gallon. It is going to be primaraly a FOWLR but want a few other things in the tank besides fish and inverts.....I will have an anemone and was wondering what else can be a good choice with the that?

With only four T5 lamps I would suggest against the anemone, as they require very intense lighting. You should be fine for some softies though.

I have a 120 and most are 4x2x2 so at 2 foot depth 4 T5 wont do for the anemone i would just get 2 250 watt MH then you can go for all of it if you want.
