low stock at SWF.com

Hi all. I was planning on placing my first livestock order on SWF.com. However, i noticed that the majority of the specimens are on the wish list. I would like to order the 3 fish i want at one time. is this normal?? or is the stock low at this time. An explanation would be great

We don't have anything to do with the business side...but I do know they were shut down over the holidays same as the past three years...and it may take some time to replenish low stock levels. Its about the same this time every year. But I'm confident they'll be able to fill your order in time. You may want to contact them directly via email. Anytime I've had a question they have responded promptly.:thinking:

I believe that it is post holiday and cutbacks, also possible seasonal issues as well.
Once our host gets rolling again (which I too hope is soon) than many of us will be ordering.

thanks for the reply. i was thinking that it could of been due to the holidays, but i was not sure. I will send them a line. I was afraid i wouldn't get a response.

Its winter and not the best time of the year for livestock shipments or stocking in fish stores. However, your best bet would be to email Saltwaterfish.com directly with your question.

my Trusty LFS (This guy is good) said he never gets anything around the the holiday season because of quality / qty reasons.
