Aiptasia will. None of the clownfish hosting anemones will thrive under that lighting. Some may survive for a while...

curley cues dont need much light. i had one under normal output flourescents and it grew a lot. not the most beautiful thing to look at, and clownfish dont host it, but it is an anemone

Some carpet anenomes dont need lots of light. I had a green one and it didnt mind what kind of light it had. You need to feed them shrimp or silversides work good. I had a green one they are my favorite ananomes. Clownfish love them. They can get big.

I know the green ones dont require lots of light sometimes called the adhesive anenome. Do a search on them. The green ones look pretty cool under actnics. My buddy had a atlantic carpet anenome and he didnt have good light and it did ok.

OK
260 watts of PC lighting over a 55 gallon tank right?
I had pretty good luck with a 55 gallon and 360 watts of VHO, and I understand that thrive and survive are a bit different. However, I would say that you should be able to keep either a Bubble Tip Anemone or the Atlantic Condylactis anemone. Bubble tips are listed as a hosting anemone where as the Condy isn't normally placed in that category, but has been know to host a clown fish now and again.
Both should be able to survive under that lighting, as always more is usually better though.
