lowering salinity vs copper

in fighting ick and other ****** type infections that feed on fish.. are both these treatments 100% over a 4 week time frame? will both do job.. id prefer to not use copper...and if i do hypo salinity can i leave all my fish in tank with live rock and live sand. and take the few inverts out i have and lower the whole tank to 1.09? will that be ok? treat all the fish ?thanks

Please can people stop saying that caps mean that someone is yelling. You are on a computer. There is no way to yell at someone. People just use the caps at times so they dont have to capitalize everything.
