i was just wondering wich kind of anemone need the LESS light.
and what about carpets? do they need a lot of light

Then there are types that don't require lights at all.
Bubble tips and Haitian anemones require the least, but still strong using 4+ watts per gallon as a minimum.
Almost all carpets need Metal halides as they get large and should only be in large tanks, and the MH bulbs have the par value in order to reach the bottom, where carpets normally inabit, whereas many PC or VHO bulbs start losing the penitrating ability at about 12-16 inches in depth.
