LPS lighting???

I read on *************** that many LPS's (like yellow torch, galexea, branching green frogspawn, and pagoda cups) do well under all lighting, and pagoda cups suggest moderate to low lighting. Would you all agree with that? If not what lighting would you suggest?

well as of 11:55pm on sat. still no replys on AC or --...i was on both of them for about a year before finding this board and lately i haven't been getting many reply's over there...
so thanks for responding. yes it is a 75 currently with only 80 watts. so basically to keep any of those LPS's i would have to double my lights??
i probly won't bother doing that i don't think, but if i do should i get atinics or standard whites, or does it matter??
thanks,
mike.

MY lsp do best under alot of vho. But undermetal halides they like to be shaded or on the bottom. I would use alot of no lights or vho,pc. They still like moderate lighting depending on the speciec. You can feed them to help supplement.Yup i would at least double your lighting and use 50-50 mix them. But even with your lighting doubled it still isn't much in a 75g. You will need to keep them up top. I have a open brain the split and have branching frogspawn that buds continous. They do well under 440w vho middle of the tank. The Under halides they are on the substrate where they belong.
