LR and sand ?

should i put my sand in before my LR and put the rock on top of sand or cure the live rock on top of glass and then add sand?

Add the LR first, cause it will be a solid base if anchored in by the sand around it. Then it isn't just siting on the top of sand very unstable!

Put in the LR then put in the LS. The LR will be more stable and less likley to fall over

....or.......place the sand....then a few short sections of PVC with holes drilled in them with maybe egg crate on top.....designed to be about level with the sand depth.....then place your LR on the PVC/egg crate structure.
