What is a god ratio of LR in a 75g tank? I've heard 2 pounds per gallon but just want to be sure.

Much of this ratio is personal preference and having a deep wallet.
Anywhere from 1 to 2 lbs per tank gallon capacity is often considered best.

I have 125 lbs in my 75, not sure if that's a lot or a little in a 75, just thought I'd give you an idea, maybe others w/ 75s can post the amount of LR in their 75s. HTH

I have a 100 lbs in my 70 gal and 75 lbs in my 55 gal. My 70 gal is 36"x24"x18". I wish I would of stacked it more to the back so I could have more beach in the front of the tank. That is my thought, hope it helps.

It depends on the type of rock that you plan to use. Less Fiji is needed because of its porousness (Approx 1 lb /gal) vs Other types at 1.5 or two. Besides that it's personal preference to layout and appearance.
Since this will be your filtration, don't shortcut it.
I have approximately 75 pounds of Fiji in my 75.
