LR in bag for a week

I bought a lb. of LR for a QT last week. I never set it up but plan on setting it up tonight. Should I be concerned? btw, I know there are mixed opinions about LR in a QT. My thought is that it allows me to get some beneficial bacteria in there. If I have to convert it into a HT I will pull the LR.
Also, is there any reason to be concerned about saltwater I mixed a week ago? I have had a pump going the whole time. I know that sounds like a dumb question but I would rather be safe than sorry.

If the LR was just sitting in a bag for 1 week you will have to re cure it.
Standing Sea water is never good. But Just get some pumps in there to move the water around. Then about 24 hours later test your parameters. But up MUST let the live rock recure or you will have a mini cycle.

Salt water does not go bad, it can sit provided it is covered and no contaniments are introduced. It should however be airated if it sits for more than 2 weeks prior to use.
If left in a bag for a week your live rock is now a bag of pollutant. It needs water movement to stay "alive". You will need to rinse it off and recure it, but not in your main tank.

I was pretty sure the water is okay, but figured it was best to check. I have had a pump in it going the whole time.
I'm assuming I can set up my QT tonight and cure the rock right in it. Needless to say, my 1st fish will be weeks away.
