I moved my LTA from my tank at work to the one at home today. I had probables with my bag breaking from the rock my LTA was on so the acclimation was really rushed. Anyway Now the LTA is swelling up in the middle probalbly 1 1/2 high. Any thoughts?

There could be a big difference in water chemistry from one tank to another. This makes things kinda stressful on critters when this happens.
My first thought and hope is that it is simply expanding with water and then will expel it and continue to do this for a while so that it can acclimate itself.
Now if there is something like a ballooning effect then it could be a pH shock/problem. Ive seen it before.
Got a pic?

My first reply was before the picture. Thanks for the example. The swelling in mine is not that far away from the body. It is the part where the mouth is that is expanded. I have had it for 8 months and it has never done it, so I think it is the stress from the move. I am really concerned about my corals if this thing dies.

I would be worried too. Once again I fall back on the words I use most often. "About all you can do now is just keep an eye on it when you can". Get those paramiters tested anyway, it never hurts to check.
Moving tip: I almost always carry a cooler with me, one that just fits a 6 or 8 pack of cans. So even when I have things bagged, they still go in the cooler, this way if I have a leak it doesn't go far when transporting.

Assuming this thing is headed for the coral reef in the sky. How long will it take?
Will my am spike?
How will I know when to pull it out?
What can I do to protect my tank?
Thanks for all your help
