thank you all and we could call it a LBTA
if it is a BTA when will the tips expand

They may not, i've had my BTA for about 4 months and it has never been inflated like the pictures i've seen on this site and others.

That looks to me just like the bta they are selling at one of the LFS. Just my two cents.

I am going to go with Sebae. Oral disk and column a uniform pale color. Stubby tentacles with purple or yellowish green tips. Also does not display, from your pic, any whiteish ring where the bubbles would be if it were bubbled.Cannot see the column but if you can look and it looks to be the same pale color as the oral disk is it is probably a good assumption that is a Sebae.
I am basing my guess on the above information which I got reading John Tullocks book Clownfish and Sea Anemones.

Does its underside look like this? I mean does it have verrucae?

yes it has the verrucae like in the pic and another thing this one has never set its foot it just keeps it in the hole in the rock the clarkie that host it will some times get in behind it and it will come right out this has been like it for about 2 months now and some times it will be all the way out of the hole then back in and i'll try andget a pic of it when its all the way out

Of course a clarkii doesn't care what it is..they love all anemones
. That anemone of yours looks like an LTA. It looks like my purple lta when it was smaller yours just has stripes but not full stripes. It is not a sebae..sebaes have a lot more tentacles. This is what my sebae looks like..good grief people quit guessing on the ID. That is a picture purple LTA that I posted. THIS is a H.Crispa AKA Sebae!
