LTA, pain in the butt.....

I have had this LTA for 2 weeks now and I constantly (sometimes twice a day) have to flip it onto it's foot so it doesn't suffocate. It seemed set for about 36 hours then it was on it's side for 2 hours then upside down. It's a beatiful LTA, when open it's about 10" across and it was only $22.00 at my lfs. Got any suggestions?

They normaly like to bury their foot deep into sand and like strong lights and not too strong currents.
What kind of lights and flow rates are in the tank?

I agree with dogstar. My lta buried it's foot in the deepest part of the sandbed and has never moved.
