LTA placed on sand??

instead of putting LTA on a rock can you just leave it on the sand...i read some where that you could but it made me more curious...

It's completely up to the anemone where it wants to go, but for an LTA the sand will be fine, cause most will like to bury their foot in the sand, most likely near a rock, but not always.
