lumps on my yellow clown goby

I have a 100 Gal. reef tank and I have just noticed that my yellow clown goby is covered with small bumps. It is not ick, the bumps are under his skin. I do have an rose bud anemine and a spinny urchin. Could either one of these have caused this? If any one has any idea what might be the cause, please let me know. THANKS!!!
