I'm not sure if this is the right section to post under but any how.. I bought a lunare wrasse that the lfs owner said would get along ok with my tomato clown and scotter blenny. Well right now he is in a different tank. I plan on moving him on Wed or Thur to the tank with the clown and blenny. Do you think the will get along? I keep reading in some places that he is a good comm. fish and then some that he's not. Intrestingly enough he is now in a tank with 2 month old molly fry and he might as well be alone for all the attention he pays them. He is eating frozen food so it's not that he just not intersted in eating. What do ya'll think? He can't stay where he is as he is in a 20gal tank right now.

i dont know, how big are your clown and blenny? lunares can be really agressive and mean. many people get them because of their looks and put them in their tanks and then they wreak havoc on everything. im kinda ify on this one, i wouldnt risk it. bo

He is just a bit bigger than the scooter blenny as they blenny is "extra large" and the tomato is around the same size as the blenny.

He will most likely be fine with the fish that are currently in the tank, but any fish that goes in after it is going to be herassed,no matter how big the other fish is.

He is only visiting the 20gal while I make sure the exsisting fish in the 55gal won't be a sure kill.. I know there is always a chance.. sounds like he will be trying out the 55 gal tommorrow. I'll keep ya'll posted. I wonder how long it will take him to get full grown.. 8-12inches.. he is about 3 now. Hopefully I can have a massive tank for him by time he is 6 or 8 inches.

Well I have added the lunare wrasse. So far he is hiding under this big rock with the purple lobster. I find this funny as there is other hiding places and yet he got in there with him. It's still early but so far so good. I have heard that sometimes lunars and fish and general can be slow adjusters and that it might take him a few days to become active. Does this sound right to you guys?

I just took back a lunare to my lfs. I had him for about 1 month everything was fine, then he started to cause hate and discontent in my tank, I have a dog face about the same size as he was and he kept going after him also my snowflake. I also know of another one that was the meanest sob I have ever saw. So I guess my point is they can do well for a while then start to go nuts. The lfs said this is their mo. I also think that a 55 is too small for him they can get pretty big. This is just my story, I am sure their are others that have had luck with them. Good Luck

Lunar is adjusting. He is taking a trip out and around his rock and back to rest under the rock every now and then.
