Has anyone had experience with these fish?? I small LFS near me has one and I am intrigued with it.....but I was told that it could eat some of my cleanup crew and shrimp, so I'm looking for some advice.

As they get bigger they will. They get 8 inches. Cool fish to watch though. Pretty peacefull with fish as far as Hogs go.

This one is only about 2 to 2 1/2 inches right now.....he looks like a cross between Bangaii Cardinal and an Anthias....way cool, I'm soooooo tempted!

Really a lovely fish, I know. But definitely not one for a tank with inverts, IMO. Just like other larger non- reef safe wrasses.
Smaller hogfish will sometimes "clean" other fish as juveniles, which is pretty cool!
