Not sure if it was intended for certain people, but I did a search and here is what it is about... "The Washington D.C. Area Marine Aquarist Society (WAMAS) will be hosting the 17th annual Marine Aquarium Conference of North America (MACNA XVII)"

The Washington D.C. Area Marine Aquarist Society (WAMAS) will be hosting the 17th annual Marine Aquarium Conference of North America (MACNA XVII) At the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Virginia, directly across the Potomac River from the Nation's Capitol.
MACNA XVII is North America's largest Saltwater Aquarium Conference with over 25 speaker sessions and over 100 exhibitors in a 20,000+ square foot indoor exhibit hall.
