Macro Alage and a 28gal NANO, Suggestions Please!

I have the 28gal JBJ with the chambers. I have heard people tell me if I have any room in the back to get some macro to help with the nitrates and things. Should I do this? How should I if I do decide to do it, I mean just lay it in there or is there something I can put it in? Tank has stock pieces!

Any suggestions on how I should do this? I need to know if I am safe to do so. Where should I add it and how? Please help!

JMO but I would leave it alone. I put LR in the back and boooooy was I sorry! it sent my trites thru the roof

all the stuff falls off the rock and you cant reach to clean the chamber if it is stuffed with ,,,well stuff

Again JMO but I have left the "design" to the pros who build them

PS. using good ol bio balls now and everything is fine , and yes I know those have to be cleaned also. but its allot easier to clean. Good luck

PS. using good ol bio balls now and everything is fine , and yes I know those have to be cleaned also. but its allot easier to clean. Good luck

The all-in-one nano tanks are hard to add chaeto to IMO. I would add it but I would need to put another holder on the side of the DT part of it and Ive already got my skimmer and koralia there. You could wedge it behind the rocks if you want, just make sure theres light exposure and good flow coming that way.

u shouldnt hv nitrate issue unless u dont hv enough liverocks, overfeed, and dont do water change.

I don't have nitrate issues at the moment or have I. I am looking to be safe then sorry I guess. I have seen people do it to there Nanos was just wondering how is all!
