I have an americle wet dry on my 29 gallon aquarium. Would a mag 7 be to much for the tank? Thanks!!

dogstar Active Member Dec 19, 2006 #2 Maybe, depends on head loss and what your keeping in the tank. Some animals need high flow, but in a small tank, a high rate is really more because theres not much room for the flow to spread out. Might be a bit rough in there...
