actually there are very few marine only mags out there.
The best that I have found is "Coral". It is a bi-monthly mag that is a little expensive, but well worth it.
then you go into the FW and SW combined mag. I enjoy Tropical Fish Hobbiest, FAMA (freshwater and marine aquariums) and sometimes other smaller mags.

coral mag is great but is a lot more scientific than the regular monthlies like tfh and fama, and if you dont like the heavier science the photo quality pictures will drop your jaw

Aquarium Fish magazine. Ive subscribed since 2001 and have a subscription till 2010. I like the magazine even though there is freshwater. Its still interesting and fun to learn new things.

once you get to know a lot more about the hobby, fish magazines may get boring. it seems to be all the same info. consider when the #1 recommended book was written. 10yrs ago.
my favorite right now is scuba. you get a lot of info about reefs, great pictures and the writing is excellent. national geographic is my second favorite, they do a lot of great ocean articles also.
