Daily...Calcium & Alk...
Magnesium, maybe weekly.

And if you regulate these daily, you wont over dose? The corals deplete these chemicals daily?
Id like to keep SPS but dont want to invest in a Calcium reactor or anything like that.
What are good brands to use for dosing?

Yeah my LFS told me to dose Calcium and Alkalinity at least 3 to 5 times a week. Not sure what everybody else is dosing.

I'm also using SeaChem with my salt as well as the Mag, Cal, and Alk... I figure I should stick to the same brand.

I use a diy system and dose calcium and alk when alk drops below 12 dkh.
