magnesium question?

I am trying to bring up my calcium and magnesium levels and was wondering if they can be dosed at the same time? I am using kents liquid calc. and magnesium.

Make sure you test for Mg and adjust slowly, too high a level has bad results.

I bought a salifert mag. test kit and am dosing it according to the label. My calcium is at 280 and my mag. is at 900.

Is esv better than the kents mag. that i have? Is esv the same co. that makes bi-onic? I have been using kents liquid calcium and magnesium as well as kent super buffer.

I have read that you have to be careful of some mag. products because alot of them contain Amonia...I use Seachem it says no amonia.
