Magnum 350 Deluxe???

I just picked one up for real cheap. What do you think of them. What should I do with it seeing that I am running a 45 gallon FOWLR, emperor 400, whisper 3, and 10lbs live rock? Any comments you have are appreciated. Are these units any good? What do you have in yours?

Well, I set it up and figure I have about 1000 gph of filtering going on. That's ok for a 45 gallon tank, right? I just have the micron filter in it to clear the water. Before I set it up, my tank was still a bit cloudy near the bottom due to the cc, but within 5 hours it totally cleared up. Man, that thing was a bitch to set up though. Sorry for the language but sometimes it's necessary.
