Quick Story:
I bought a tiny piece of LR from my LPS that probably had 55 littel feahter dusters on it. Cost me about $2.50. As soon as I put this piece in the tank the littel guys opened up and it really was neat......unitl my pincushin urchin found it and ate 90% of the little guys. Lessons learned - urchins eat anything on your LR that's tasty.

myself and many of the regulars here prefer not to, and encourage others not to, we like to support the peaople who gave us this bb and for free, we really appreciate themadn if for no ther reason than respect, we do not wish ot advertise(or others to) here, i will ell you they have very good rock heres, and their prices are excellent, and i would not heitate to buy any form here, the lr is @50 lbs for 200$ shipping included(last i checked), and i have talked with many others who have used swf.com,and i cannot think of any complaints, other than over the holidays(and with sept. screwing up shipping) they got backed up a bit, but only a xcouple of days, no more than a week, but they tell you this,and let you know the day before it ships, and give you teh tracking number and all, so youhave no question about when it is coming, so you don't have to wait at hoem every day for 3 weeks wondering what day it is coming, they let youknow in advance,and get it out in a week, anything mo'ed, i believe one week is good(IMO)

it's kind of funny about LR; most so called premium fiji LR is mostly said to come from walt smith; seems most everyone gets theirs from there;then just reships it out to customer;
we got ours from petwarehouse for 45 lbs under $200 at the time; had good life & color;
have heard nothing but good things about SWF.com's LR 50 lb @ $200 though; shop around though & see what's best for your needs
