I have had great luck with MO for my LR. Much cheaper and nicer than the rock at my LFS. Not from this website - I've never ordered from here.
This site has a good reputation, and there are also other reputable sites you can order from.

IF IT'S MONEY YOUR WORRIED ABOUT WHY NOT BUY SOME BASE ROCK THEN SEED IT WITH LR? IT'S MUCH CHEAPER.

i just got back from a local pet supply and they want 6.99/lb. for the rock. i need about 50lb. ,kinda lota dough i think..puffer daddy said add less rock to base rock,what is base rock exactly. is it that tufa- lava stuff that you can carve? thanks

LFS always charge a higher price than on-line. If you do a search, you can find LR on-line anywhere from 2$/lb to 4$/lb. I know this sight gives you free shipping and charges about $4/lb. Other sites can ship airport to airport at a rate of about 35 cents /lb. My suggestion would be to use all LR and no BR and buy it online.
