My 90 FOWLR has been VERY stable for about 9 months. Just weekly water changes, keeping an eye on the salinity has been about all that I have needed to do.
Tank is about 2 1/2 years old now.
What kind of things other than water changes do I need to make sure I am doing?

First of all you need to post some pictures!!!!
If you have been up and running for 2.5 years and your tank is very stable for the last 9 months I would say that you have it figured out already and can't get much more advice here.
I think some things we may miss is our routines are things like pump maintenance cleaning.
Other than that there are some articles on old tank syndrome that may be at the least a good read.

I would clean powerheads, pumps, and skimmers including hoses all on a rotating schedule. If it aint broke...
