Hard PVC rubbing on stand or edge of tank
Pump vibrating in sump
A piece of closed cell dense foam pad under pump and a short section of flexible hose from pump to PVC can eliminate most...Make sure you don't have lines too long and are "pushing" pump into sump bottom/sides...Check to see all holes pipe goes thru are large enough to clear (or pad) ...
