Making a Toadstool look normal

I would like to make this toadstool take a normal shape, as in a full circle. Any fragging advice would be great. Thank you!

I think I might try and frag a little off the top, and keep doing that until I have what I want.

why do you want perfect circle? odd shapes = rare. like zoa colonies. same amount of polyps, but having one on a regular rock vs. a rock that juts out of the reef is a big price difference.
