making pics smaller

You probably need to use some sort of photo editing software. I use an email feature that came with my digital camera. I mail them to myself and save the smaller version of the pic. It is then still a little to big, so I use the same kodak software to crop the pic. Then I save it and it is small enough to use. Hope this helps.
