Making site mobile-friendly?

this may have already been posted, or maybe not, but I think, since a lot of people have such phone as the iPhone and Blackberry's maybe you could make an app to download for our cells to use, or have an option when using the site from our cells, to have a "mobile version" so it can be a little more user friendly.
I know personally i like to check my posts and read other peoples posts while on the go. Just a thought

+1....I have downloaded the site on my blackberry..but couldn't use the message board.

yeah i've used the message board a few times when i needed an answer to something and i wasn't at home - but it was incredibly slow and it was for frustrating then useful

i know this question came up a couple of months ago and they said that it wasn't in they're future plans.

iPhone cans view this site in full HTML. Even message boards works. I'm actually using it right now. I have this site linked to an icon so I can use if it was an app. So no need for those big netbooks.
