Yes, it's worth watching. First of all, 10 extra credit points to watch a movie (what's stopping you?), second of all, why not be informed so the next time you hear about global warming you'll know what you are talking about. I only assume you don't because you wouldn't be asking the question if you knew anything about global warming. It may be a bit on the boring side, but pop some popcorn and relax you'll learn a lot about something that is really important.
Also, you won't end up sounding unintelligent like this guy who thinks he can just throw something out there w/o knowing anything about it.

On that note, golbal warming is really a bad name for it. It shouldd be human induced global change. Plus, isolated events don't mean anything, the temperature that is increasing is the world temperature, not a specific town, city, state, or even country.
