Mandarin & Diamond goby compatible?

I have both of them and they get along great. The only thing would be that you have a well established tank and enough pods to feed the mandarin.

Thanks! I was planning on buying some pods before I get the mandarin and letting them propagate for a couple of weeks. Good idea?

Do you have a refugium on your 80g? You'll have a better chance keeping a mandarin long term with a sump/fuge. If not, plenty of live rock (100+ lbs). If you want to seed your tank, let them propegate for a month or two before looking at the Mandarin....just in case!

Sound like a good idea, but if you buy them make sure to get something like "Tisbe copepods" which propagate really fast. The common Tigger pods are more for spot feeding as they don't propagate as fast as the tisbe ones.
Personally I would buy a couple of bottles of the tisbe pods and let them propagate for a month before adding the mandarin.

I don't have a refugium...The tanks been set up for a year this month, and I have had a diamond goby for 6 or so months...
