mandarin diet in QT tank

Hello!

I have my fish in a QT tank (2nd day). I am currently feeding them all an anti-parasite food, but am concerned about the mandarins diet when I switch back to normal food (my anti-para-site food says to feed this type 3 days, skip 4 and repeat for 1 month).
I am having trouble getting live shrimp at our stores becuase they are being cooked before they hit the stores. I asked at the store when I bought him and they told me a particular type of worm. Which one is it?
My main tank is full of pods and I've never had to worry about his diet before.
Thanks! :jumping:

you have your mandarin in your qt tank.... um someone correct me if im wrong but i remember hearing on swf that mandarins dont need to be quarentined because they are immune to ich because of their thick layer of mucus on their skin.
other wise i would say mabye blood worms  there pretty small
