The fish will probably starve to death since a 10 gallon tank won't be able to produce sufficient pods to feed th fish. Mandarins need large very mature tanks in order to survive.

ok...Cool. What kind of fish goes well with a clown fish? I know I can prob only keep 2 clowns in my 10...but in the works well with them?

In my big tank it is a waste to have small fish. You just never see them. This is a shame becuase there are so many cool gobies. Look on here and different web sites to find one that you like. Maybe you can find one that will pair up with a shrimp.
I had a yellow watchman goby with a pistol shrimp and loved watching them.
