do you need to hypo mandarin dragonets and if so, how?
they eat only pods unless trained to eat frozen foods but the pods would die in a hypo tank, so it seems like its kinda impossible to do it

no need to hypo a manadrian, just make sure you have a huge supply of pods for him to survive with alot of live rock. How long has your tank been set up? I wouldn't get one unless your tank has been established for atleast a year. Be very aware that they eat a huge amount of pods everyday. just my .02

Oh yes they can get ich. They are resistant
, not immune. It's because of their slimecoat they can typical fight off the skin infestation, but their gills are just as vulnerable as the rest and an excellent place for ich to hide.

the mandarin is ich resistant, however anything wet can and will carry the parasite into your tank. this being said, you should still qt the fish before acclimating it to your DT.
