Mandarine in a 10G?

So I was just checkin the site for some fish and I was just looking at the Mandarines. I guess on can go into a 10 gallon?
This is directly from this site:

Mandarins cannot live long term in a 10 gal. They need a good supply a copepods at all times for them to eat. You can buy copepods to add but it would need to be done VERY frequently to keep enough of them in the tank. It is generally recommended to have about 100 lbs of LR to keep them.

No, you need a large established tank with lots of LR and usually a fuge for pods to multiply in.

agree with both prior posts...they dont eat fish food...just the little bugs at the bottom of the tank...i used to have one =( very cute little guys
