mantis help

i have wkhat i believe is a mantis.......i always hear the snapping and i have so many dead snails and crabs....i have too much rock on top of each other to pull out a rock, not that i would know which one it was in becauseI never have EVER seen this thing......can anyone help?

I got mine out only because Christmas eve my darn tank started leaking and I had to remove everything. He was in a rock on the underneath side. I bought a Mantis trap and tried several times to catch him but it didnt work. Hopefully you will have better luck catching him. There are several people on this site who would love to come get him so you may post it on here, somebody may live near you and come get it out for you. Carrie
