Mantis Or What

I have three critters that are 1mm to 3mm in size and walk all over the rock not swim and look like mantis, is there any other critter that looks like a mantis. Is there a natural preditor that will take care of these mantis and is reef safe.

If so dont be worried, not mantis shrimp.

Harmless amphipods... I had a bunch in my tank and I thought their were mantis shrimp too.
They just eat food waste and what not apparently.
