I just found a mantis shrimp digging out a new home in a large piece of rock. Yes, I can remove the rock. But how do I get it out of the rock safely?

I had a idea something was going on, I'm missing a sleeper goby. I think I know why now.

I wish i had a tank setup for it, you might be able to have some luck in the live selling and trading board. Someone is occasionally looking for a mantis. I would put it in your sump or fuge for now until you can find a home for it, or set up a tank for it if you dare.
