Good luck getting your fish out. I had 2 clowns in QT for a 2wks and, immediately upon placing them in the reef tank, one came down with brooklynella! That fish has since passed on and the other is beginning to show signs.
I did try to get them out of the tank, but so far its been impossible wo wrecking my tank. I will be adding a light to my QT.
My feeling is that if I had placed a light on my QT to begin with that I would have detected the problem before moving the fish into the reef. It is for this reason, that I do not recommend using tubs or rubbermaids for hospitals or QT's. How can you see how the fish are doing in a rubbermaid? Anyway, that is my personal opinion, but many hobbyists, do, in fact use these with success...of just plain good luck...
