After I treat my quarantain tank with maracyn2, should water be replaced by new water?
or can this water be still used for later quarantine purposes? or also to be put into the main tank during water changes?

It would hurt to do at least a partial water change and perhaps some carbon filtrtion. Don't use that water in your main tank.
