I have 2 Carpets. 1 Haddons with a pair of Clark's hostig it. They are all in a 72 Gallon. Would you think the MARINE BETTA would be OK? The Female Clark is very aggresive, just putting that our there.

You can just edit your original post.
Anyways, Marine Bettas can be difficult to keep. Most people do not recommend keeping them, as many die in captivity.
They're nocturnal and prefer not to be in bright lighting. If you have a healthy anemone, you have bright lighting, so unless you have numerous overhangs and caves for the betta, I don't recommend one for your tank.
If you have a hosting pair of clowns and they show aggression, you may have aggression issues with ANY new fish that you attempt to add.
Also keep in mind that Betta's will eat smaller fish.

Oh lol. And I was going to buy a captive bred one at my lfs. So would you think it would still have to eat live foods? I already know I have to feed it live foods. Also the female clarkii clown is the only one that is hosting. An the marine betta, I was look at was about My female clown is 3 inches and male is 1 inch. Half an Inch.So I wouldn't have problems with the betta eating the clowns.

Are you positive it's captive bred? They are available, but most LFS's lie about this because it makes them easier to sell. I'd ask where they were bred.
And your one inch clown, that could become lunch.
