Marine Ick Fish W/Invert. What Can I Do?

I have a saltwater 40 gal breeder tank which I got from my daughter about 2 months ago.
I noticed ICK on her butterfly, flame angel etc. The tank has inverts in the tank. Star fish, emerald crabs, snails etc. I do not have a hospital tank for the fish and I can't treat the tank because of the inverts. I can't do hypo.
I have been giving them Garlic Xtreme in their frozen food for weeks.
Any suggestion? Should I just let them die then leave the tank with inverts alone for 6 weeks before I add anymore fish?
I hate to see the fish die but I don't know what to do.
Appreciate feedback.
Thanks.
Judy

You can set up a quarantine tank for cheap. See the FAQ's at the top of this forum for info. Personally, I'd get a rubbermaid bin, and fill it with tank water, adding a heater, powerhead and the live rock and some substrate. Add a small hang on filter or sponge filter. Then treat the fish in the display tank. Don't just let them die. You can likely restore them to health.

seriously if you are even thinking of letting them die because you dont want to put the effort in to save them.

Yellow Tang:
Keep Your Personal Opinions To Yourself.
You Don't Know The Situation.
I Have Had ICK Before. There Really Is No Cure.
Tried HYPO MEDICINE. ETC.
UV Lights ETC.
They Just Get It Again.
Sorry I Put The Post Up.

Saltwater2, I have had ich before and have performed hyposalinity many times. I have a scopas tang in hypo as we speak. I suggest doing what nicetry said. Get a bin, move your rocks and inverts into it and hypo the display. The fish will not do well in a cycling tank. You cannot treat the fish with the inverts and rock in there. Remove the rock and inverts. The cost is very little. Buy a tub (about $10, if that) and you will need a powerhead. There will be no cycle for them. They will be fine in the tub. If your place gets chilly then you may need a heater. They cost about $10 if you don't have a spare.
