ok
i bought my first clown about a month or so ago. it was the nice dark red/orange color that makes them as pretty as they are. it's why i picked them.
so after a few days i noticed that it had black marks on it. someone else on here noticed the same type markings as well. i thought the same thing that could it be from the anemone.
well a few weeks ago i purchased a larger maroon clown hoping that they would hook up.
well that is a whole seperate issue but i just noticed that the bigger clown has the black markings now.
on here tail and lower fins.
so i go to look at the male (the reason why i think they are for sure m/f is because of what i noticed).
the smallere one has changed colors and the black marking are fading as well.
he is now more of an orange color now and the black tips are barely there.
so i am assuming that the dominent fish takes on the nicer coloring as well as the balck tips??
