Maroon and gold Picasso

I got a fish yesterday from a friend and it has odd markings. It is a maroon and gold clown about 3 inches, but the last stripe isn't whole it is broken its more like two dots. One on the top and one on the bottom. When I was talking to my LFS they said it was a picasso and they are rare. Is that true or are they just BSing me cause I talked about trading the fish in. Thanks.

It's just a misbarred clown, not a picasso.
The clowns that have been dubbed as the "picassos" are from a line of true perculas breed and raised by ORA Farms in Florida. They have excessive white markings, not less.

These are the clowns ORA has been working with for a few years now. I have never seen or heard any updates on the top guy.
