maroon clown problem

please assist me on this problem :
My maroon clown breat a bit faster than it normal rate. It still eating and dosn't have any sign of disease like ick. Actually i just finishing setting up my 50 gal tank ( using bacter vital ).
please help me.....tq

We need much more info than that. What else is in the tank? Are they also breathing faster? How old is the tank & how was it cycled? With the nominal info you give us it sounds like the water chemistry might be off (ie: ammonia). Check the chemistries and maybe do a water change!?
