Maroon clown suddenly very feisty...

A couple of days ago, my lionfish stung my dogface puffer in the cheek, and caused him to retreat to my maroon clown's staked out territory in the tank. My puffer has recovered, but ever since the accident, the maroon has been incessantly chasing him around the tank. She will not leave him alone! I don't want to get rid of her, since she was the first fish in the tank, and I'm rather attached...
I tried moving around all of the rocks/decorations, to no avail. She still seeks him out and attacks him. He's even three times her size.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Sorry, here's some more details:
110 gallon tank, residents include:
dogface, stars and stripes, spiny box, and maroon clown.
We traded the lionfish in for the spiny box, but the craziness began before that.

Sounds like the maroon was made angry enough where now everytime she sees the puffer, she feels the need to chase him. Maroons can be that way. If it does not stop, the only suggestion might be to either put the clown in the sump for a week or so, or else remove the clown.
