Maroon Clown with white lips?!

Subject says it all. Ive got a marron with white stripes.. i put him with a bubble anenome a while back. maybe two months. Look ing at him it seems as if his lips are white, like he kissed a fish with white lipstick.
Is this normal color or is he getting sick? THe lips have been like that for a couple of weeks.

is it foggy looking like fungus on it? there is some sort of white fungus that fish can get around there mouth. let me look it up and i'll get right back to you.
