???Maroon clown???

Have a few questions.
1. Goldstripe Maroon Clownfish as juveniles may have white stripes, correct?
2. I introduced 2 of these, one larger than the other, 3 1/2 weeks ago to my system. Is it normal for them to stay on one side of the tank or particular rock most of the time?
The larger one swims slowly and stays near a "cubby hole" in a rock, in which a small hermit crab seems to stay also. The smaller one swims faster and usually stays at the top of the tank just above that same rock, going up and down about 6 inches.
Both eat when fed.
3. The stipes on both look incomplete. The larger of the two fish...the first stripe that is just behind the eye at the bottom is broken up. Did I make a bad pick or are these not true Maroon Clownfish?
4. The smaller of the two has very dark edges to all fins. Is this a water quality culprit? I try to feed a variety of flake food. I have tried feeding mysis and brine shrimp but neither one seem to want it. What else can I try?
I did try and make some homemade squid/garlic/squash mix but it didn't seem to get eaten. I only fed that once 2 weeks ago, I kept the rest in my freezer for later.
Out of 47 pictures, these are the only 2 that were decent enough to show.

Here is the best pic I could get of the larger one and his broken up stripe.

IMO but those are not true maroon and gold stripe clowns
far as I know they are gold striped from the begining
I've seen them VERY small and be gold and maroon.
and it may be that they are together and that's why they don't move around the tank much
or that you have a drain or powehead that they are frightened by
not sure

As you can see, he won't leave the PH. The overflow box IS on the opposite side though. So are these a totally different kind of clownfish or from like a really bad line of maroons?

Juv GS Maroons can have white stripes - mine in fact has the first stripe gold and the next stripe is just changing over. The dark fins is okay to. Some have it some don't. Mine does.

Clown123 thank you I thought so to but wasnt 100% positive. How long before one matures completely to full gold stripes??

Thanks guys/gals...I thought I read somewhere that juvs have white stripes.
What do you think about the stripe being broken up?
Do you know if the dark fins will stay dark, do you know what causes it?
Thanks again. Kevin
